2009: HKB was founded November 9, 2009 under the business license number 0104246382 by Department of Planning and Investment of Hanoi, Vietnam granted the name: Company shares trade and investment Hanoi-Kinhbac with charter capital of 1.8 billion with just 5 employees.

2010: HKB raise charter capital up to 9 billion. Construction combination of rice and farm produce processing in Gia Lai. Business areas mainly by HKB is purchasing, manufacturing products of rice, pepper, maize, cassava.

2012: Company shares trade and investment Hanoi-Kinhbac continue to raise its charter capital to VND45 billion. HAKINHVEST continues to expand its investment sector with the construction of rice processing complexes and agricultural products in the Industrial Park in Binh Dinh Nhon Hoa Nhon-Binh Dinh. Procurement market expansion and export of cassava chips.

Currently with a staff increase to 158 people (staff: 31 people, production workers: 30 people, hire seasonal workers: 97 people). May 7/2014: The company officially changed its name: JSC agriculture and food from Hanoi to Beijing (English name: Kinh Bac Ha Noi-Agriculture and Food Joint Stock Company) and Increased capital up to 120 billion.

May 11/2014: The company continues to increase capital, and registered chartered capital of 240 billion VND

May 12/2014: As for Pepper HAKINHVEST industry will exploit the full value chain from cultivation - processing - export should T12 / 2014 the Company has invested in installing 01 pepper processing line (gain ASTA) in agro-processing complexes Hakinvest - Gia Lai and the company is implementing plans to plant 500 hectares of pepper in the Central Highlands from now until 2020.

May 2/2015: HAKINHVEST officially became a public company with a charter capital of 240 billion VND registration and actual capital contribution of VND 200 billion.
